A true Indian retail czar, Kishore Biyani is the Group CEO of Future Group and Managing Director of Pantaloon Retail. Popularly known as KB, he is the man who triggered the concept of retail supermarkets in India like Big Bazaar, Pantaloon, Mega Mart and Bangalore Central. Lavanya Nalli is the Vice-Chairperson of Nalli Silk Sarees Pvt. Ltd. Nalli brand has been synonymous with silk and Kanchipuram sarees. Established in the year 1928, it has now grown to be a leader in the textile and retail business. Lavanya has ventured into successful product diversification and conceptualized and explored new retail-formats. Lavanya graduated from Harvard Business School and worked at McKinsey, she returned to Nalli and is presently heading the omnichannel platform.
PC Musthafa is the CEO and Co-founder of iD Fresh Foods. In 2005, Musthafa along with his 4 other cousins set up iD in a small kitchen in Bangalore with a mission to make the preparation of home-made meals convenient and to become a fresh food brand admired and trusted world over growing into a 1000 crore market leader serving 100% natural food. Today iD Fresh produces around 50,000 kgs in their plant with a total investment of around Rs 4 crore (Rs 40 million) and revenue of Rs 100 crore (Rs 1 billion).
Sangita Reddy is the Joint Managing Director of the Apollo Hospitals Group. She guides the IT and Human Resources functions and is greatly responsible for evolving the patient-centric culture, a signature of the organization. Nicolas Dumoulin is Managing Director for Michael Page India, based in Mumbai. Nicolas has over 12 years of experience working in the recruitment industry, having joined Michael Page in 2006 in Belgium. Gauranga Das is a B.Tech graduate from IIT Bombay and is serving in various capacities at national and global level in ISKCON organization. He is a Global Duty Officer for the ISKCON Governing Body Commission (GBC). He is the Director of the Govardhan Ecovillage, a United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) award winning Eco-village community and Co-President of the ISKCON Chowpatty temple. He is an inspirational speaker for by his expertise of presenting Vedic Knowledge in a contemporary and enticing way, he is making spirituality accessible to all.
Prabir Jha is the President and Global Chief People Officer at Cipla Inc. In addition to providing leadership to the Human Resources function globally for the company, Prabir leads the Corporate Communications and Administration functions as well. After a decade long tenure as a civil servant, Prabir has pursued a corporate career in Human Resources. He has been the Chief HR Officer at some of the country's leading corporations like Dr. Reddy's, Tata Motors and most recently, Reliance Industries.
Gauri Sawant is a transgender activist from Mumbai. She is the director of Sakshi Char Chowghi that helps transgender people and HIV/AIDS patients. She was featured in an Ad by Vicks which has been recognised internationally on various forums. Gauri founded the Sakshi Char Chowhi Trust in 2000. The NGO promotes safe sex and provides counselling to transgender people. In 2014, she became the first transgender person to file a petition in the Supreme Court of India for adoption rights of transgender people.
Sunit is a Managing Director with the Talent and Organization practice of Accenture. His focus has been on large transformation engagements in growth markets such as India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Middle East. Sunit brings with him 20 years of consulting experience across multiple areas such as Organization Design, Leadership, Culture Transformation, Human Capital Strategy and Organization Effectiveness. He frequently publishes his work and his most recent research paper is on the impact of Cognitive Computing on Workforce Productivity in the future and how Leaders will have to adapt to AI in their teams.
Gauri Devidayal is a law graduate from the University College London and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales. She pursued her career as a tax consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and Mumbai for 8 years. With no previous experience of the hospitality industry, Gauri nevertheless supported her husband Jay Yousuf in creating The Table, a restaurant in Mumbai, which has gone on to win many accolades and much recognition in the city and internationally. She was recently listed in GQ’s list of the 50 Most Influential Young Indians as well as BlackBook’s Top 50 Women in Indian Luxury.
Pankit is a veteran of IT industry with over 24 years of experience with over a decade in global management roles. He is currently the Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Sequretek with responsibilities around business development, fundraising and operations. Prior to Sequretek, Pankit was part of the core team that was instrumental in turning around US headquartered Intelligroup and making them a valued asset for an acquisition target .He shares his experiences with the community and is a regular speaker at industry forums and universities.

Thereafter she moved to reporting business news for CNBC-TV18. She has played an integral role in news programming in the past 9 years. Menaka was the first recipient of the Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism Award 2005-06 in the category of Business & Economic Journalism (Broadcast).
Govindraj Ethiraj is a television and print journalist and founder-editor of www.indiaspend.org, India's first data journalism initiative and a social entrepreneurship venture. He is also the founder of Ping Digital Broadcast, a Google multi-channel network (MCN) for knowledge, news, and utility programming for digital audiences. He writes for newspapers like Business Standard and anchors seasonal shows on channels like Headlines Today and Rajya Sabha Television. Previously, Govindraj was founder and editor in chief of Bloomberg TV India, a 24-hour business news service.
